When familiar solutions no longer create results, organizations need to revisit how they frame problems instead of simply trying harder with the same method. Breakthrough thinking begins by identifying assumptions and expanding the approach.

The course “Breakthrough Thinking Skills” guides learners to reframe problems, break patterns, generate ideas, select feasible options and run quick experiments to learn from results.

The program focuses on converting ideas into small experiments and specific actions, helping teams improve work rather than stopping at brainstorming.
